École de danse Le Momentum offers a dynamic and welcoming setting to learn to dance in Montreal. Our mission is built on accessibility, pushing your limits, and respect for every dancer, whatever their level or age.

From a Borrowed Gym to Today’s Big Studio
The adventure began in 2017 with a small group of teens and adults training in a gym in Lachine, generously lent by friends. Without even having a studio, our dancers won all of their competitions, and our troupes quickly got people talking in the community.
After that first season full of success, one phrase naturally kept coming back: we have to keep the momentum going. That’s how the name Le Momentum was born and how Tatiana Tremblay decided to open her own dance school.
The school grew quickly, bringing together more than a hundred dancers in less than two years. In December 2024, Le Momentum moved into larger, more spacious premises to continue its expansion.
Today, several dancers who have been here since the beginning are still part of the adventure. Some have become teachers, and a few have even taken part in the show Révolution on TVA.
Since day one, Le Momentum has been much more than a dance school:
